All prices in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Dispatch
We ship from our warehouse in Sydney. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same
day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day.
General shipping times
NSW, VIC and QLD: approximately 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
WA, NT, TAS and SA: approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas: add 2 to 5 business days.
New Zealand: approximately 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, and may vary with local fulfilment and customs clearance.
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and can run longer during peak periods.
Tracking
You will get a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking activates once the carrier
scans your parcel.
Address accuracy
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, so please check it before you confirm. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, we will contact you and can resend it at your cost.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, email customercare@surnui.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
