Our Boxer Brief and Brief share the same sizing. Sizes run S to XXL.

You only need one measurement, your waist.
Between two sizes?
The stretch means neither choice will feel wrong. Size down for a firmer, more supportive fit. Size up if you prefer a little more room, or carry most of your width around the waist.
